Many refunds were issued for a particular merchant in early 2016.  

The customer feedback related to these promotions were manually reviewed in Zendesk to give the sales team insight on how to best communicate solutions to the merchant.

I gathered the Zendesk customer complaints. Then I developed stats, graphics, and presentation from scratch.
